**Overview**

We’re looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our Vancouver HQ Reporting to our Director, Merchandising, you’ll play an integral role as we expand into different channels, product lines, and much more.

As our Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Merchandising team with complex tasks and data handling, including sales, inventory, production and product master data. You’ll make sure that the Merchandising team has all required information and data to make the best possible decisions to move the business forward.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the Merchandising team in managing data required for recurrent team deliverables
- Create and edit Purchase, Sales and Transfer Order and Item Master records on the ERP
- Conduct checks for variances between submitted Purchase Order and actual received quantities, troubleshoot errors with vendors and ensure corrective measures to prevent future discrepancies
- Maintain and assure data integrity for Available To Sell (ATS) inventory bucket for our wholesale channel
- Assist our retail store in creating Transfer Orders for replenishment and returns
- Create and manage Inventory Adjustments on our ERP once variances have been identified
- Coordinate team’s GTM (Go-To-Market) calendar support, pointing out risks from inaccurate timelines
- Work cross-functionally with our Design & Development, Distribution and Creative teams to support SKU/Item creation process
- Support the team with additional tasks as required to help achieve company objectives

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1 + years of experience in Allocations, Logistics, Inventory, Demand, Merchandise or Supply Planning
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel); other planning tools are an asset
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or relevant field
- High attention to detail and solutions oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent organization, problem solving and decision making skills
