The ideal Office Manager for our team is someone who is not only hard-working and organized, but also excited to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance the patient experience, improve clinic efficiency, and foster strong collaboration between the front desk and clinical team.

**SCHEDULE**:

- Monday through Friday

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 2 years of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration**:

- ** Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset**:

- Highly proficient in MS Office **(MS Excel and MS Outlook)**:

- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
