The mission of the Outbound Logistics Department is to manage and facilitate the best possible delivery and returns experience to our store and end customers
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Outbound Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of our product to our stores and clients. Working out of our world-class 250K+ sq ft Distribution Centre office space, you will support with administration related to planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient flow of goods and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption. THE ROLE
As the Seasonal Associate, Outbound Logistics, you will:
- Help maintain end-to-end visibility into all customer shipments across the Aritzia network
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve any issues encountered throughout the course of a delivery
- Support with the continuous improvement of delivery services by ensuring the security of product and integrity of deliveries received
- Support with the investigation of order discrepancies, identifying root causes, and developing solutions to minimize occurrences
- Work with our Concierge partners to resolve client shipment inquiries and ensure a positive experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Seasonal Associate, Outbound Logistics has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications required for success in the role
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
