**About Us**

Highland Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac is in Aurora, Ontario and has been a pillar in the community for over 50 years. We hold ourselves to high standards in customer and employee satisfaction. We are currently looking to add a **Financial Service Manager** to our team.

**About the Role**:

- The FSM’s responsibility is to look after the client and deal once the vehicle is sold until it is delivered.
- Deal directly with lenders and financial institutes while maintaining good relationships.
- Prepare documentation for final delivery
- Meet and excel set sales goals by selling extended products such as protection packages, extended warranties, life and accident/health insurance, and environmental protection packages.
- Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers
- Interact with appropriate departments
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Maintain a lender guide of programs currently in use and obtain a working knowledge of them.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Financial Service Manager
- Sym-Tech Experience
- OMVIC Certified
