**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement drink menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food and beverage pairing events.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within the food service industry.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Experience in restaurant management, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a cook is a plus, enhancing understanding of food preparation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.13-$19.12 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
