- Design, develop, and optimize catalytic systems for organic monomer and polymer synthesis.
- Evaluate and improve catalyst performance, regeneration, and recyclability in reaction processes.
- Purification of organic monomers from biocatalytic reaction mixtures, including downstream processing of carboxylic acids.
**Minimum requirements**:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industrial experience.
- Strong background in catalysis, including heterogeneous/homogeneous catalysis, catalyst regeneration, and process optimization.
- Experience in organic synthesis, polymer chemistry.
- Hands-on experience with downstream processing and purification of organic compounds, particularly carboxylic acids.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within fast-moving start-up;
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
