**About This Opportunity**:
A fully-equipped, three-room solo practice opportunity is currently available in central Lower Sackville. This solo practice is located in a building with 6 other solo practitioners, and shares a waiting room area with two other solo physicians.
The clinic space includes a fully-furnished administrative area with chart storage, includes three examining rooms and a separate office space. The lease is very responsible, and the physician would be responsible for hiring their own administrative staff.
This practice currently has a large patient roster which an incoming physician would inherit, so no need to build from scratch.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures; advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention
- consultation and referral to other medical practitioners’
- act as a patient’s advocate
- prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations
- report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements

**Expected Hours**:

- The practitioner’s in the building operate a walk-in clinic to support after-hour patient care
- The incoming physician can join the walk-in clinic practice schedule if interested

**Qualifications**:

- eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
