**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Manage the Supplier Compliance team for finishing while ensuring the quality of interior/finish products from suppliers.
- Effectively manage a team of quality analysts specialized in supplier quality management within the supply chain organization
- Ensure quality management of supplier components according to Bombardier regulations, policies (QDs, QADs, QAPIs), and technical and aesthetic specifications.
- Ensure the evolution of reactive and proactive risk management strategies applied to supplier quality management.
- Plan and assign workload in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Ensure the performance, communication, and commitment of your team so that all team members understand their role and the impact of their performance in achieving the objectives of the unit and the business.
- Advocate the use of problem resolution, corrective action, and continuous improvement tools to ensure that quality management best practices are developed and implemented within our team and our suppliers.
- Comply with all aspects of the quality system established within Bombardier, including continuous improvement and customer satisfaction requirements.
- Work as a team with other departments (programs, engineering, methods, logistics, etc.) in order to achieve optimal efficiency in terms of supplier performance and quality.
- Participate in daily meetings to cascade important quality issues and ensure priorities and alignment with your team.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, such as the review of corrective actions with the operations teams and quality and performance reviews with our suppliers, in order to promote performance improvement.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers in order to establish a climate that promotes continuous improvement and effective governance.
- Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a bachelor's degree or a technical college diploma in aeronautics or an equivalent combination of studies and experience.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in management in a manufacturing and/or aeronautical field and/or in quality management.
- You have a good knowledge of airworthiness standards and regulations (TCCA/FAA/JAA) and ISO/AS900 standards.
- You have a good knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods of assembly and manufacturing of aircraft components.
- You are skilled in reading plans, specifications and geometric tolerancing as well as in various inspection methods and tools (conventional, CMM, laser or others),
- You are a dynamic leader who promotes teamwork and can easily adapt to change.
- You can work with short deadlines, if necessary.
- You are mobile and available to travel outside of Canada depending on operational needs.
- You have good interpersonal communication skills, both in French and English.
