**What we are after**

Ideally you will be
- Energetic and have a love for executing quality food.
- Comfortable interacting with team members in an informative and knowledgeable fashion.
- Willing to grow with a new venue and new team.
- Self-motivated that results in a great work ethic which others may admire.

Technically we would love you to be
- Confident preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen and preferably a high volume kitchen.
- Skilled in food preparation with a firm understanding of food handling requirements and workplace safety procedures.
- Able to understand prep lists and recipes for a variety of different dishes in the specialty field.
- Clean and organised in a variety of different ways, Particularly with closing procedures and general kitchen shut down.
- Able to commit to evenings and weekends
- Able lift up to 75lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Confident in working as a team and communicating with all members of staff.

Other requirements are
- FoodSafe certification preferred, but not required.
- Access to transportation for later night finishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
