**Project Coordinator, Programming Development (Term Full-Time)**
School of Continuing Education

**POSITION TYPE**: Full-Time, Term Position Available (anticipated October 14, 2024 up to March 28, 2025)

**SALARY**: $56,607 - $79,848 per annum

**POSITION LOCATION**: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)



**DUTIES**
The Project Coordinator, Programming Development position is responsible for running day-to-day operations, and project coordination of the department’s development portfolio and projects. The incumbent will be required to work directly with project stakeholders including leadership, department faculty and staff, contract instructors, industry contributors, and various RRC Polytech departments to support the development, promotion, management, and launch of programs and projects. This role exists to ensure the smooth execution of projects, effective communication with stakeholders, and efficient development of quality courses and programs in the School of Continuing Education, contributing to the operational excellence and successful implementation of academic services at Red River College Polytechnic.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in business, administration, project management, human resources or another relevant area of study. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of RRC Polytech and client organizations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple and often competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Suite, including MS Teams
- Experience in project coordination and administration processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, process documentation, meeting notes, and presentations
- Demonstrated experience in effectively researching diverse topics, compiling relevant data from various sources, and summarizing findings into clear, concise, and actionable formats
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to work effectively and adapt as a member of multiple project teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness in presenting information
- Familiarity with contract administration and financial management
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Familiarity with RRC Polytech data systems (Colleague, LEARN, HUB)
- Experience with academic program administration support
- Proficiency in using digital tools and databases for efficient information gathering and synthesis
- Experience in a post-secondary organization

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to work overtime
