**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Load and unload products, ensuring secure handling and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial driving or delivery services is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $23.65-$24.22 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sooke, BC
