**About the Position**
We are looking for a warehouse clerk to join our team at our Bedford location. As a warehouse and office clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient environment. Administrative tasks such as invoicing and sales duties will also be required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and organizational skills will be highly valued.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming goods, verify their accuracy, and record them in the system
- Store products in designated areas while following safety and organizational standards
- Prepare orders according to instructions and ensure timely shipment
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe through regular cleaning and tidying
- Operate handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other appropriate tools
- Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Report any anomalies or technical issues to the warehouse manager
- Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Support basic sales activities such as preparing quotes, assisting customers, and providing product information
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up on orders and customer requests

**Desired Profile**
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided on-site
- Good physical condition and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure optimal storage
- Ability to work as part of a team while remaining autonomous in assigned tasks
- Strict adherence to safety guidelines and internal procedures
