Janitorial Position

Topa is looking for motivated Janitors to join our team on both a part-time and full-time basis at the new Aspen Power Station near Lanigan, SK

**Position Title**: Janitorial

**Location**: Aspen Power Station, near Lanigan, SK

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean Lobbies, restrooms, offices, walkways, ramps, and stairways of buildings
- Sweep, scrub. Wash, and polish floors and clean rugs
- Dust furniture, wash walls
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting of up to 50lbs
- Empty waste and transport to disposal area
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Problem solving Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Experience working in a similar cleaning or janitorial role is considered an asset
- Must have valid class 5 driver’s license

Safety:
Attend and participate in the following exercises:

- Safety meetings
- Tool box talks
- Site inspections
- Complete FLRA's
