**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Shift Supervision**
- Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts
- Delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development
- Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and food handling protocols
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency

**Guest Service & Hospitality**
- Champion a Guest-First mindset at all times
- Jump in to support during peak periods
- Serve food quickly, accurately, and with care
- Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service
- Build rapport with guests and foster loyalty

**Operational Execution**
- Oversee food prep, portioning, and order accuracy
- Manage shift checklists, temperature logs, and cleanliness audits
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to leadership
- Support cash handling, deposits, and POS troubleshooting as needed
- Other duties, tasks, assignments as requested and required

**Food Preparation & Quality**
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines precisely
- Always ensure freshness and food safety standards
- Assemble dishes with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens

**Cleanliness & Safety**
- Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- Lead opening/closing and cleaning routines
- Ensure safe use of equipment and monitor for hazards
- Model safe working behaviours, including proper lifting and footwear

**Teamwork & Efficiency**
- Work collaboratively with teammates and support a positive culture
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues
- Take initiative and step into different roles as needed
- Follow shift plans and prioritize tasks with urgency and accuracy
- Other duties, tasks, assignments as requested and required

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- At least 8 months in a supervisory role
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- WHMIS and Food Handler certifications are **required**, or must be in the process of being acquired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Non-slip/anti-slip footwear is required for safety

**Physical Demands**
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Repetitive motions
- Handling materials and equipment manually
- Bending or twisting the body during service tasks

**Work Environment**
- Exposure to warmer-than-usual temperatures due to equipment
- Depending on location, work areas may be compact and fast-moving
