CEM Resorts in Toronto is seeking a friendly and professional **Resort Front Desk Representative** to join our Guest Services team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable check-in and check-out experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate records using hotel management software
- Address guest complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and professional front desk appearance
- Provide local area recommendations and resort information to guests

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
