**About us** Team Nishan Ahluwalia Real Estate Nishan Ahluwalia is one of the Top Realtors in GTA and looking to hire a superstar Cold Caller to their team to help in the day to day activities. Real Estate Cold Caller Role Requirements ================================ - Calling Real Estate Leads (Resale & Pre-construction) in 2 windows (Morning 9:00-12:00pm) &/Or Evening (4:00 - 7:00 pm) - Must have strong communication in English and intrapersonal skills. - Experienced with Microsoft (Excel, Word), Google Sheets. - Experienced with Mailchimp, KvCore CRM system, Canva or Digital designing would be an asset - Experience with Pre-construction Cold calling would be an asset **Tasks**: - ============== - Booking appointments in Calendly - Managing Google Account, creating Google Ads & CRM systems - Making recommendations to increase efficiency - Past Cold calling experience would be an asset, especially in Real Estate. Training will be provided. - Current requirement is for 15-20 Hrs only but can be converted into a 40Hr role. "Substantial" Commission and Bonus Pay will also be offered based on the volume. PS : Past Real Estate Cold Calling or Telemarketing experience is a must for this Role.
