Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper/Crew Leader to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces for our clients. This includes tasks such as lawn care, planting, pruning, and hardscaping. Some experience managing teams would be beneficial.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Plant, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery
- Perform hardscaping tasks such as installing pathways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within deadlines
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of two years of experience in landscaping or related field
- Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery and equipment
- Strong knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
