**Custodian/Janitor**

Certified Collision Centre is looking at add a Custodian/Janitor to our growing team in support of our brand-new Body Shop. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service and is located just 20 minutes north of the perimeter.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility, including;
- Washing windows, interior walls and ledges
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, stairs and operate floor scrubber
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Clean furniture such as chairs and desks
- Perform seasonal cleaning tasks
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Previous cleaning/custodial experience is preferred
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions

**Conditions of Employment**
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job, which may include, but are not limited to; standing, walking, bending, twisting and reaching for prolonged periods of times. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
