**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks including demolition, framing, drywall installation, and general labor duties.
- using variety of construction tools effectively (e.g., drills, saws, reciprocating saws, screw & nail guns, etc) and correctly.
- Conduct visual site inspections daily on multiple sites, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with any team members and project managers to ensure completion of work.
**Transportation & Tools**:
- Vehicle use is included for commuting to and from the job sites.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role in residential construction (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must possess steel-toe footwear and have completed Fall Protection training.
- Class G driver’s license (preferred).
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Salary: $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience. Yearly salary is available based on experience.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Company-provided service vehicle (if applicable).
- Benefits include vehicle usage to and from home.
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (with weekends as needed).
- **English language proficiency preferred**.
