**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to provide timely and accurate support
- Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution using excellent etiquette
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently within customer relationship management
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required and process payments securely
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and continuous improvement

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Proficiency in general computer skills necessary for daily tasks
- Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and analysis skills beneficial for success in this role
- Proven experience in customer service environments or customer support roles preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices essential
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Prior experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and phone etiquette is advantageous
