*Duties*
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in bringing, receiving and storing food deliveries
- Collaborate with program staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
