**Health Care Aide.**
**Duties**:
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes, nursing homes, or hospice care settings
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of patients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
**Skills**:
- Experience in providing home care, nursing home, dementia care, senior care, or hospice care is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged standing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
