**Ascension Real Estate Ltd.** is looking for an experienced Area Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team in Alberta.

**About Us**

Ascension Real Estate Ltd. is primarily operating in Edmonton and now expanding to the Calgary Market. We offer Rent-to-Own options to help families achieve homeownership as well as help investors start or grow a rental property portfolio.

**Overview**
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for marketing our property inventory, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- This is a Work-From-Home position and hours of work are at your discretion.
- You will be required to meet clients and show our properties as needed.
- This is a commission-based position.
- No Realtor’s License is required.
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle required.

- Master Communicator - Builds strong relationships with the team as well as with your clients.
- Basic Real Estate Knowledge - Understands basic real estate terminology at a minimum.
- Creative Problem-Solver - Thinks outside the box and collaborates effectively.
- Client Satisfaction - Works towards our clients’ success, as that ensures our success.
- Transparency - Builds trust with the clients by displaying transparency.
- Skilled Marketer - Knows how to market our properties to secure buyers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Valid driving license to facilitate travel for client meetings and sales presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools

Pay: $90,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
