We are currently hiring a **Bingo Runner/Caller** to join our Chances Salmon Arm Team**.**

In this position you will be at the forefront of customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons. This position encompasses the responsibilities of both a Bingo Runner and a Bingo Caller.

**What you will be doing**
- Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing a positive customer experience.
- Understand and effectively communicate the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers.
- Conduct the bingo game according to the bingo game conditions, House Rules, and BCLC Rules and Regulations.
- Verify and pay out winning bingo games to customers.
- Assist customers with Bingo terminals and answer any related questions.
- Sell Bingo cards to patrons, explaining and ensuring their understanding of the game rules.
- Monitor the Bingo Hall to ensure prompt service and address any customer needs.
- Ensure Bingo equipment is in working order and promptly report any issues to the site technician.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility.
- Report any health and safety concerns promptly.

**What you will bring**
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and maintaining a well-kept facility.
- Familiarity with the Responsible Gambling (RG) program and effective communication with customers.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Serving It Right certificate and a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
- Must be 19+
