The team at** Babin Dentistry** located in **Victoria, BC** is looking for a passionate, hard-working **Treatment Coordinator** on a** **full-time** basis.
- The ideal **Treatment Coordinator** for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

**SCHEDULE**:

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator OR CDA is required for this position (Training available).**:

- Experience with dental practice management software such as Power Practice and Care Cru is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
