- Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications for each project.
- Use hand tools effectively for caulking and sealing areas as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to insulation installation.
- Strong skills in caulking and sealing techniques to ensure airtight installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
- Experience with drywall installation is a plus, enhancing overall project capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
