**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver items to customers from local retailers and online marketplace sellers.
- Use the Pilot X app to accept and manage delivery requests in real-time.
- Ensure deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
- Handle packages with care and follow any specific delivery instructions.
- Report any delivery issues or incidents through the app or to the support team.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and local driving regulations.
- Represent the Pilot X brand in a professional and respectful manner.

**As a Pilot X Delivery Partner, You Will**:

- Support your local community through timely and reliable deliveries.
- Choose your own vehicle type (car, bicycle, scooter) and set your own hours.
- Earn through an equitable pay model, starting with a base pay of $5.70 per order plus 100% of your tips.

**Requirements to Apply**:

- iPhone or Android smartphone
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Car, SUV, or truck
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Clear background check
- Vehicle insurance
