**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s by proactively following up on leads and closing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the POS system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
