**What you can expect to do here**:

- Assist with the planning and engineering designs and bid packages for water and wastewater, and municipal engineering projects.
- Write reports with findings, conclusions and recommendations.
- Participate in site visits, fieldwork, and client meetings to support project objectives.
- Assist with the development and scoping of small
- to medium-sized projects and the preparation of proposals.
- Work as an individual or as part of a cross-functional team to execute project work.
- Seek mentorship and training opportunities to expand technical knowledge
- Engage in professional development activities.Other duties as assigned.

**What you’ll bring to WSP**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field.
- 0 to 4 years of relevant post-education experience in civil engineering, water and wastewater design.
- EIT designation or ability to obtain one in 6 months.
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD and/or ArcGIS is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Ability to perform field work/site visits, with some travel required. Must possess a valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field.
