You will need to have at least two years of experience under your belt, working with a knowledge of a variety of cocktails, alcohols and techniques. We offer a delicious and creative cocktail program that continually finds new ways to build new flavours. Expect to work 2-4 shifts a week (it could be days and nights). We are not a place open particularly late, which is always a plus for those joining the team. You will be expected to execute a strong cocktail program for the dining room/patio while also serving 6 bar stools directly in front. Scale and volume should be something you are comfortable with and able to handle. Our tip pool is generous, staff meal is served daily and the team is absolutely lovely to work alongside.
