Rubicon Organics mission is to grow the best cannabis on earth and for the earth. Our greenhouse in Delta, BC is fully planted with identified demand for the 11,000 kg/year capacity which feeds the demand of our 3 brands - Simply Bare Organics, 1964 and Homestead. We are recruiting an experienced Supply Planner to lead our supply planning S&OP process at our Delta facility.

Purpose of the Supply Planner role
- Partner with the demand planner to create a 24 month rolling sales and operations plan, in order to deliver super premium cannabis to our customers on time in full.
- Partner with the Department Heads in order to effectively plan cultivation, procurement, packaging and delivery schedules in order to deliver the S&OP forecast, and when necessary manage mitigation activities for supply disruption.
- Create the systems, process and cadence to manage the set-up of the sales and operational planning
- Working with across departments on our internal quality system to lead batch assignments, batch commitments, grading meetings and timely release

We are looking for an outstanding Supply Planner who wants to leave a tangible legacy:

- An agile, hands on detailed orientated analyst who likes to build and perfect models
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from the demand and operations teams and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to manage complex data and simplify into operational plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the S&OP meetings to ensure that the demand forecast is translated into an efficient supply plan that can be delivered on time in full.
- Partner with the innovation team to ensure all innovation launches are planned effectively with accurate forecasts from the sales team. 
- Partner with the Supply Chain Director in order to effectively plan cultivation, inventory, procurement and delivery schedules in order to deliver the S&OP forecast, and when necessary manage mitigation activities for supply disruption.  
- Create systems to manage awareness of inventory in the entire supply chain (from finished goods to customer inventory, as well as create the process and cadence to manage the setup of the sales and operational planning
- Partner with the Business Insights Director to provide business analysis to enable better results. 

**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, ideally in CPG, perishable or other fast paced industry
- Proven analytical & mathematical thinking, and adept at solving complex problems
- Proven success and ability to collaborate in multifunctional teams
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliverables
- Advanced Skills in MS Excel are required to perform this role
- Used to fast paced multi SKU industries, with aggressive innovation pipelines and complex supply chains
- Bachelor’s degree; ideally in statistics, math or economics
- Previous cannabis experience an advantage but not required.

This position will report to the Supply Chain Director and is based out of our Delta Facility.
