**BMAC Technologies and Consulting Inc. (BMACTC)** is actively searching for a skilled Building Science Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will perform building assessments, oversee restoration and repair projects, and provide expert consultation to enhance building performance, durability, and sustainability. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and team environments and is eager to make an impact in building science.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site inspections to assess building systems, including thermal performance, moisture control, and structural durability.
- Diagnose building envelope issues and recommend solutions to enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.
- Collaborate with property managers, developers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analysis, communicating findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare Design/ Specification/ Tender package for envelope rehabs projects.
- Oversee project execution and provide quality assurance for restoration and repair work.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building science, construction technology, or a related field.
- P.Eng. designation is required.
- Diploma or degree in construction technology, building science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, building materials, and restoration techniques.
- Practical knowledge of energy code.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
