Lead Stager

ob Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Stager to join our team. As a Lead Stager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staging process and ensuring that all items are properly prepared and arranged for shipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and lead the staging team in preparing items for shipment
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and ensure accurate staging
- Operate various equipment, including order pickers, clamp trucks, and forklifts, to move and transport items
- Perform order picking duties as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all items meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized staging area
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment when needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in staging
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 Lbs) on a regular basis
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is beneficial

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- staging: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
