**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Contribute to the finance activities of the value chains related to the S4HANA project: Record to Report - Cost Accounting, Plan to Stock & Logistics.
- Support the definition of future processes for your value chains and ensure the adoption of best business practices.
- Collaborate closely with the SMEs of different manufacturing functions in preparation to the S4HANA deployments in our manufacturing sites.
- Consult with finance users to understand their requirements and analyze the change impacts.
- Evaluate configuration options and formulate recommendations for the design of the future system.
- Prepare/Review project documentation including the definition of requirements, process and system reviews, training documentation, user impacts, etc.
- Plan and coordinate activities related to data cleaning and conversion, as well as user acceptance testing for your value streams.
- Complete unit tests as well as integrated tests and propose fixes to ensure the integrity of the system and processes in the value chain.
- Contribute to the implementation of adequate master data management procedures.
- Deliver training to users as well as provide support after implementation.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent as well as a CPA designation
- You are known for your innovative thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- You have agility to lead change and a good ability for teamwork
- You have strong communication skills
- You have more than 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- You have extensive experience and knowledge in one or several of the value streams
- You have a good understanding of SAP ECC and other finance systems
- You have experience in contributing to special projects
