**E&I MAINTENANCE PLANNER**

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an **E&I Maintenance Planner **to join our team, based at Lake Utopia Paper Mill in St George, NB

As an **E&I Maintenance Planner**, you will be involved in the planning of daily maintenance work, weekly scheduling activities, and planning and scheduling of shutdowns and events. In this role, you will work closely with the area Supervisor, tradespersons, reliability engineer, E&I and Operations staff to ensure efficient job execution. You will be responsible for work order planning, administration and material management/procurement, and act as support to the area supervisor as required.

We operate four Pulp and Paper Mills out of Saint John and St. George, New Brunswick that produce a combined 1 Million Tonnes of Product and employ over 1000 employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow safe work practices outlined in the company policies and work standards
- Use company work management system to develop and prioritize detailed work plans for the Electrical & Instrumentation team
- Develop work plans and supervise the execution of contracted work
- Develop and manage work plans related to maintenance shutdown work and assisting front line leaders as required
- Assist in the development of the electrical and instrumentation basic care inspection program
- Assist in the development of inventory spare components (BOM's) for Electrical and Instrumentation entities
- Ensure all equipment files are up-to-date with the latest documentation
- Provide Team Leader relief for vacations & absences

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in Electrical and Instrumentation trade working in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with JD Edwards, E1 work management system would be an asset
- Ability to work with computer programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word and other related programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment of other industrial tradespeople, engineers and service providers
- Good understanding of Program Logic Controllers, DCS (Foxboro) and other related information technologies would be an asset
- Good knowledge of the maintenance tactics and reliability as related to high and low voltage electrical equipment such as breakers, starters, motors, relays, etc.
