We are a manager of private residences for seniors (RPA) with 8 residences in the greater Montreal area and in Ottawa.

- **The Château Dollard residence is looking to hire a receptionist for the following**:_
- Saturdays and Sundays only
- 10:00 am - 06:00 pm
- $15.05 per hour

**Main duties**:

- Provide reception, answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, provide a vigil ;
- Ensure compliance with health protection measures;
- Check in employees and caregivers and take temperatures;
- Perform administrative work (filing, word processing, excel spreadsheets, etc.);
- Any other related task.

**Qualities and profile sought**:

- Must be able to travel to Dollard-des-Ormeaux;
- Bilingualism in English and French (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (mandatory);
- DES general, DEP in secretarial work (asset);
- Dynamic, good interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, respectful, calm and caring.
