Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in budgeting, blueprint reading, and quality control will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

**Duties**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems during the building process
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely repairs
- Supervise and train apprentices or other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial settings
- Proficient in budgeting, construction estimating, and construction management software
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
