We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Buildings division and deliver innovative projects in the healthcare, education, hospitality, recreational, entertainment, retail, commercial office, mixed-use, multi-family residential and light industrial sectors. **About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Estimator of our BC Buildings Group, our Intermediate Estimator will be responsible for leading high complexity project pursuits, as well as determining project scopes, accurate quantifying/costing and managing deadlines.

**As an Intermediate Estimator at Graham you will**:

- Complete estimate quantification and costing of general condition requirements, labour, and equipment, including productivities, material, and subtrade plugs.
- Lead or participate in the bid close on projects.
- Develop scopes of work for subcontractors to provide budgeting assistance on medium-sized projects.
- Select and invite to tender trade partners that are assessed to be financially viable with adequate manpower and appropriate level of expertise to complete the work.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders that reflect and support Graham core values.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Completion of a diploma or degree in a related post-secondary program.
- 4+ years of a combination of field and estimating experience; design-build experience and proficiency in a variety of general procurement methods is an asset.
- Specific experience with estimating buildings construction projects.
- Proficiency in the use of Graham software suite, MS Excel, scheduling software (Primavera preferred), quantification software (such as OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Agtek), and BIM modelling is an asset.
- Ability to foster and develop relationships with clients, trades, and team members.

**Compensation**:

- $100,400 - $138,100 per annum
- Salary will commensurate with education and experience
