**Job Title**: Warehouse Packer

**Reports to**: Shipping and Packing Team Lead
- **Position Overview**_
- Our warehouse operation is looking for dependable and experienced Warehouse Packers to join our progressive and inclusive team._
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Responsible for auditing orders that have been picked by equipment operators for accuracy
- RF scanning equipment is used during the audit process
- Using a WMS for data entry of information
- Optimization of package sizes
- Sealing boxes and recording piece counts, control numbers on boxes
- Forwarding all completed orders to shipping department for final shipping process
- Manual pallet jack is used for moving skids.
- Ensure hourly warehouse goals and targets are met (KPI’s)
- Follow all Health and Safety standards
- **Requirements and Qualifications**_
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time. Primarily standing
- Experience with software such as Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners
- Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Personal accountability and integrity are paramount
- Good communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
