**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Complete daily building equipment checks, water testing, and accurately record all required information.
- Clean and maintain the DAF system.
- Inspect and replace equipment filters.
- Maintain chemical levels throughout the building.
- Conduct monthly checks of all building fire extinguishers.
- Keep work areas in a clean and orderly fashion and complete outside yard maintenance as required.
- Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Enter purchase requisitions into Company ERP system.
- Assist with minor plumbing and electrical maintenance repairs.
- Complete monthly inventory counts of building parts and chemicals.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Read, write, and communicate (English)
- Proficient mathematical and computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude with a good knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods, and trade practices
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to lift 60lbs and work in cold, hot, and dirty environments
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
