**About The Role**:
Working at our corporate head office R&D facility, you’ll play a pivotal role in our marketing initiatives.
Your canvas is vast—social media platforms, our websites, and beyond. You’ll craft mouth-watering stories, design irresistible visuals, and develop marketing campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just passionate about desserts, but who also understands the sweet spot of marketing and storytelling. Whether it's highlighting the latest flavour launch from Scooped, sharing the magic behind the scenes of Demetres Manufactory, or launching the newest ice cream pint into the homes of our customers, your work will be an integral part of our growth and presence in the dessert industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Craft and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and achieve marketing goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms. Foster relationships with influencers and coordinate UGC collaborations.
- **Digital Content Creation**: Develop engaging and original copy, photo and especially video content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
- **Creative Direction**: Work with professional photographers, illustrators and graphic designers to produce brand assets.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with our community on social media platforms, fostering relationships and encouraging brand loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity using key metrics.
- **Sales and Demo Event Participation**: Play an active role in sales and demo events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and brand representation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly connect with an audience through engaging content.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with online marketing channels and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Access to reliable transportation to visit our restaurant locations and attend off-site events.
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and evenings depending on business needs.

**This is a salaried with benefits, full time, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM position.**
This is an in-person role in our Corporate Head Office in Vaughan, located on Strada Drive near Highway 7 & Pine Valley (close to Hwy 400 & Hwy 407). This role also requires regular visits to our stores to capture marketing content.
