, you'll work closely with our Success Coach to streamline client processes, implement efficient systems, and enhance the overall client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Success Coach in implementing tools and systems to improve client experience.
- Develop SOPs and resources that eliminate roadblocks and streamline processes.
- Become a go-to expert on operational software (e.g., JobTread, Buildertrend) and CRM systems, guiding clients on best practices.
- Schedule and manage the Success Coach's calendar, coordinating meetings and compiling detailed notes.
- Follow up with clients post-meeting, ensuring they receive essential updates, recordings, and tools.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, supporting their needs and addressing any challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 Years of office experience within the construction, building, or related industry.
- Familiarity with construction industry workflows, especially in an administrative or support capacity.
- Experienced with construction management software (e.g., JobTread, Buildertrend) and CRM tools.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) with an advanced understanding of data organization and collaborative work.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, maintain a clean and efficient workspace, and support complex scheduling needs.
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and client-specific requirements with ease.
- Skilled in critical thinking and able to address unexpected issues with creative, effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately, with mínimal errors.
- Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and reliability in managing client information and interactions.
- Enthusiastic about personal development and implementing feedback to improve performance and client satisfaction.
**Compensation**:
- Full-Time Position
- Competitive salary at $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
