**About the role**:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Registries, eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a results and detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The position is responsible for the daily support, maintenance, error resolution and coordination of data in various repositories for the Person Health Registration System (PHRS) and Vital Statistics.

You will be involved in developing best practices and standards, data quality and remediation and business services such as requirement gathering, documentation, implementation, testing, training, incident management and support. This role drives efficiency and informed decision making by improving data quality, standardizing processes, and delivering end-to-end business support.

**Typical daily duties**:

- Identify data quality issues within registry services utilizing various techniques, to resolve data quality issues within the core systems i.e. duplicate records, merging records, etc.
- Seek input and collaborate using consensus driven decision making with other end users of the data within eHS and externally to the organization.
- Utilize communication and change management techniques to recommend, create, and support changes to the business such as business process changes, issue identification and resolution, and data remediation activities.
- provide recommendations for complex issues to management with supporting rationale based on research and analysis.
