Full-time Family Practice available in this well established office within the very desirable community of Shawnigan Lake. The practice has four family physicians and locum support is readily available. The patient panel includes a wide variety of ages requiring general practice care and the physicians are supported by great staff in a relaxed and collegial environment. Treatment room for hands-on procedures. (A consultant Pediatrician is in the office weekly.)
The office has EMR and runs Med Access. A Med Access license will be required. Hospital work not required and is optional.

**Benefits**:
- Recruitment Incentive: of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
- Flat fee: $6373.80
- Fee Premium: 4.02%
- CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.

**Community Information**:
This beautiful recently renovated medical practice, located approximately 35 minutes north of Victoria, is situated just steps away from Shawnigan Lake; a very scenic growing community that is part of the South Cowichan Valley. It is called the “Warmland” for a reason and boasts the best climate in the country. This area, close to both the lake and ocean, has a wide variety of attractions for outdoor enthusiasts including great hiking and biking trails, golfing, sailing, canoeing and kayaking. In addition to many local artisans, there are also a number of local wineries and other attractions.
