A hairstylist is a professional who specializes in cutting, colouring, and styling hair. They work in a variety of settings, including salons, spas, and barber shops. The role of a hairstylist is to help clients achieve their desired look by providing them with personalized hair care services.

Success in the position of a hairstylist requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities. Hairstylists need to be able to listen to their client's needs and preferences, offer advice on the best styles and colours for their hair type and face shape, and execute the chosen style flawlessly. They must also stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry to provide their clients with the best possible service.

**Responsibilities**

Listen to client's needs

Generate revenue and tips

Perform hair services based on clients request's

Build strong clientele relationships

Advertise using social media

**Qualifications**

Apprentices

Licensed Hair Stylist and Barber

Must have:
Excellent verbal communication skills

Organizational skills

Clean and Sanitary
