**Title**: Pickup Truck Driver/Collection Representative

**Location**: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

**Reporting to**: Route Supervisor

**Start Date**: Immediately

**Description**:
Miller Waste Systems Inc. has been in operation since 1961. Miller is a leader in waste management, providing governments and industries with a wide range of services in the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Manitoba. Miller has over 50 years’ experience in the waste management sector and operates out of 30 locations. We are looking highly capable pickup truck driver to be located at our Miller Waste Systems Dartmouth location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe operation of commercial pickup truck
- Efficient and timely pick-up of all waste, organic and recyclable material.
- Occasional pick up of white goods, electronics, mattresses box springs and other bulky furniture items.
- Delivery of clean bins
- Must be highly productive and have superior customer services, as you will be the front-line contact with the customers.
- This is a physically demanding role so a physically fit lifestyle will be a benefit.
- Flexibility and willingness to help with all business streams as required.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 license, and previous driving experience is an asset
- Must be a team player and proven safe working habits
- Flexibility with your work schedule is a must as start and end times may vary. Some Saturday and Sunday work may be required.
- Excellent attendance record is a must.
