Guest Service Agent-Full-Time Position

As Guest Service Agent your primary responsibilities include registering guests, making reservations, preparing reports, and balancing transactions. You must be able to work independently and with mínimal supervision. You must also be able to problem solve and troubleshoot to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond in emergency situations.

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable with programs and software packages

Able to multitask and work well under pressure

Must be available to work evenings & weekends

Previous hotel experience would be an asset
