**FAMILY PRESERVATION WORKER**
**Nine (9) Month Full-time Contract Position in New Liskeard**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS)**:
- Baccalaureate in Social Work, Psychology or Diploma in Human Services related to behaviour management, child development and a minimum of three years relevant working experience.
- Demonstrated clinical skills for the purpose of assessment and treatment of psychosocial and behavioural problems in children and their families.
- Required to work flexible hours.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and use of own vehicle.

**EXIGENCES DE L’EMPLOI (TITRES, QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES)**:
- Baccalauréat en service social (B.S.Soc./B.S.W.), psychologie ou diplôme d’études en services à la personne liées à la gestion du comportement ou au développement de l’enfant et au moins trois ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- Compétences cliniques éprouvées en matière d’évaluation et de traitement des problèmes psychosociaux et comportements chez les enfants et leur famille.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire souple.
- Un excellent sens de l’organisation, un excellent entregent ainsi que d’excellentes aptitudes à communiquer.
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis.
- Un permis de conduire valide et l’utilisation de son propre véhicule.
