S. Dilawri Auto Group is currently seeking to hire a Receptionist to work at our following dealership:
**Kia on Hunt Club - 350 West Hunt Club Road**

We are looking to find an excellent communicator, who is welcoming to customers and clients, with the ability to support our dealership’s high volume of incoming calls.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet customers
- Receive all incoming calls for our Hunt Club Campus - answering, transfers, messages, and offering assistance from a multi-phone line system
- Stocking in all new and used cars for both Chrysler and Kia, as well as all licensing for both stores.
- Complete all dealer trade duties
- Receive payment for customers purchasing vehicles, or paying for service bill
- Complete financial transactions, record, give receipts and balance cash
- Assist with sales and accounting paperwork when required
- Administrative duties (photocopying, faxing, filing)

**Requirement**
- Previous experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant and working on the phone
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skill
- Excellent Communication skills. Bilingualism is a strong asset.

**Work hours**: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm

**Pay**: $19 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
