**POSITION: PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE**

We are looking for a part - time individual who can work 10-15 hours per week.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to**

❖ Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquires ❖ Assist customers with questions or concerns, resolve any issues with courtesy and professionalism ❖ Provide guidance on natural health products, including vitamins, minerals, dried herbs, sports & protein nutrition, and body, hair, skin care products. ❖ Perform cashier duties ❖ Assist in entering and issuing purchase orders in the POS system ❖ Receive inventory against purchase orders or invoice, ensure accuracy, record and report any discrepancies. ❖ Price merchandise and stock-up shelfs ❖ Keep products on the shelf well-organized and presentable ❖ Perform closing duties, including closing cash register ❖ Participate in online and in-person training sessions offered by the suppliers, or organized by the company ❖ Maintain a safe work environment ❖ Assist with cleaning duties including mopping floor, dusting products, disinfecting surfaces

**Qualifications/Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent supplemented with college courses in nutrition or related field is highly desired
  • 1-2 Years previous work experience in a natural health store or nutrition field required
  • Good product knowledge of vitamins and supplements, and a passion for holistic health
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills especially in a retail environment
  • Ability to work varied hours/days including evenings and weekends
